A busker playing sax in Covent Garden Piazza - photograph

In 1980, Covent Garden Market was re-opened as a place where people could come to shop or relax in the cafes around the Piazza. It has become famous now for its street performers and buskers. This photo was taken on a sunny day on the north side of the piazza. In the summer months, performers jostle for space in the streets around the market.
